  ROMANTIK TOUR PAYMENT REGULATIONS AND  CANCELATION POLICY:

Final Payment should be done not later than 90 days PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE DATE for any group land/bus tours, 95 days before departure for group CRUISE-TOURS WITH NORWEGIAN CRUISE Line, 125 days before departure for group CRUISE-TOURS WITH ALL other Cruise Lines. 

 

Cancellation/Revision Charges and Penalties:  

-fully refundable deposit more than 91 days prior to departure for all group land/bus tours

  • fully refundable deposit more than 96 days prior to departure for tours with any cruise line except for Norwegian Cruise Line

  • fully refundable deposit more than 126 days prior to departure for all group land/bus tours with Norwegian Cruise Line

 

Air tickets are non refundable unless otherwise specified (even if issued more than 91 days before departure). Air Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Airline Schedules are subject to change without notice. It's the responsibility of the client to verify correctness of names, dates and travel documentation for the trip including passports & visas. Cancellation of any tour (cruise) for any reason( lack of participation, force majeure circumstances, economic and political situation etc) will be advised at least 30 days prior to departure) Clients are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. 

 

Proper travel documentation as required by countries visited such as:

  •  a valid passport or/and valid alien resident card 

  • A valid entry visas

  • all required documentations according to current COVID epidemic regulations and rules of visitee countries 

IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY of the passenger 

 

The passenger’s failure to provide such documentation may result in denied boarding by airline, cruise line or checking-in the hotels without right to any refund or compensation. In case of visa refusal payment is fully non refundable. Clients are responsible for reconfirmation of the flights (both directions)72 hours prior to departure. Clients are fully responsible for the baggage. Romantik Tour is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. Company is not responsible for lost or stolen baggage. By paying your Invoice, clients are agreed to the "Company Rules and Cancelation Policy" above.

 Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. In case the insurance is declined by the client, we require a written statement emailed to Romantik Tour.
